Constitutional Accountability Center's Chief Counsel Elizabeth Wydra appeared on The Judith Regan Show to discuss the Supreme Court's decision in Wal-Mart v. Dukes. In that case, the Court blocked female employees' massive class-action gender discrimination lawsuit, essentially suggesting that some corporations are too big to be held accountable
