A Review of the Supreme Court's Health Care Oral Arguments
Elizabeth Wydra, Chief Counsel of the Constitutional Accountability Center in Washington, DC., discussed the three-day oral argument in the U.S. Supreme Court cases challenging the constitutionality of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2011. Ms. Wydra provided an interesting perspective as she file an amicus brief in support of the government's position in this matter.
