Surjeet is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief of Staff at the Constitutional Accountability Center. Surjeet gets things done to help mission-driven organizations increase their impact. Prior to CAC, Surjeet was Deputy Chief Operating Officer at The Raben Group where she grew the business development function in support of a range of progressive causes.

Before Raben, Surjeet was the Executive Director of Asian American LEAD, a direct service organization providing after-school, summer, and mentoring programs to low-income Asian American youth. She improved the program model and fundraised to nearly double the number of youth served.

Surjeet has also been in operations-focused roles for Teach For India, AmericaSpeaks, and DC’s Child and Family Services Agency.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Rochester and a Master’s in Public Policy degree from Harvard University.
