On September 24, ACS will host a panel discussion at the National Press Club where a diverse group of experts will offer their insights on the Supreme Court Term that begins October 5. They will discuss key cases on the Court’s docket and suggest areas to follow as the Term unfolds. The panel will feature Michael A. Carvin, Pamela Harris, Doug Kendall, Lisa Kung, Deanne E. Maynard, Paul M. Smith, with Thomas Goldstein moderating.
