TV (Bloomberg): CAC’s Wydra Discussess Barrett Nomination

CAC President Elizabeth Wydra appeared on Bloomberg TV to discuss the nomination of Judge Amy Coney Barrett to the U.S. Supreme Court, including a progressive originalist critique of Barrett’s approach to the Constitution, as well as Barrett’s troubling record on the Affordable Care Act, view of the right to abortion, and the likelihood she would favor big business.
