Adam Feldman, the creator of Empirical SCOTUS, had a narrower focus than Epstein-Gulati. Instead of a century of data, he offered a look at the amicus filings each term from 2014 to the present….
Looking at who filed at least three amicus briefs in argued cases, Feldman found the top five were: United States, Constitutional Accountability Center, American Civil Liberties Union, U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
