Joie Mills

Senior Research Associate

Joie Mills is the Senior Research Associate at the Constitutional Accountability Center. She graduated from Brown University with a degree in Political Science on the American Politics track. At Brown, Joie gained exposure to a wide range of legal fields, such as international, civil rights, and constitutional law. She has written articles for a personal injury law firm in Providence and presented research on the racial disparities in the length of prison sentences to Judge Alexandra Robert Gordon of the Superior Court of San Francisco.
