Keo Xiong
Keo is the Chief Operating Officer at the Constitutional Accountability Center.
Keo started her career in the fields of education and youth work, where she managed leadership development programs for youth at Asian American LEAD. Keo’s years of professional and personal work with underrepresented and marginalized young people and communities led her to pursue advanced studies in curriculum and instruction in social studies education, where she centers an interdisciplinary approach to understanding and teaching U.S. histories and current events.
Keo was most recently the Operations Manager at CAC. Keo’s previous roles include project management of business leadership programs at the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management’s Executive Education; program coordination of IT-focused internships for young professionals through Genesys Works; and IT operations at APi Group.
Keo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Women’s Studies from Hamilton College and a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction – Secondary Social Studies degree from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.
