RADIO (KPFK): Gorsuch Sworn in With Victory Smiles
CAC President Elizabeth Wydra appeared on KPFK’s Background Briefing with Ian Masters to discuss President Trump’s nominee to the U.S. Supreme Court, Neil Gorsuch, sworn in as the Court’s next Justice to fill the vacancy left by the death of Justice Antonin Scalia with nearly one year left in President Obama’s term, and kept open by Senate Republicans who blocked Obama’s nominee, Judge Merrick Garland, from even getting a hearing.
