On June 23, 2019, Constitutional Accountability Center President Elizabeth Wydra appeared on FOX News Channel’s America’s News HQ to discuss the potential consequences of the Supreme Court possibly ruling to allow the Trump administration to add a citizenship question to the 2020 Census, as well as ruling to allow state governments to engage in partisan gerrymandering when drawing of Congressional district maps.
