Constitutional Accountability Center President Elizabeth Wydra appeared on the PBS Newshour’s special coverage of the hearings on President Trump’s nomination of Judge Brett Kavanaugh to replace Justice Anthony Kennedy, arguing that Kavanaugh will need to be forthcoming on his views of the whole Constitution–in particular the critical Amendments ratified in the wake of the Civil War.
