VIDEO: Trump’s Abortion Litmus Test for his SCOTUS Nominees
On July 2, 2018 Constitutional Accountability Center President Elizabeth Wydra appeared on Fox & Friends to discuss the Supreme Court vacancy left by Justice Anthony Kennedy’s retirement, including President Trump’s abortion litmus test for his Court nominees. Later in the morning, Fox host Steve Doocy said that President Trump doesn’t have an abortion litmus test for his Supreme Court nominees, an assertion contradicted by Trump’s own words.
