On Wednesday, June 17, 2020, Constitutional Accountability Center President Elizabeth Wydra appeared on Fox News @ Night to discuss the opinion by Trump-appointed Justice Neil Gorsuch holding that Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 protects gay, lesbian, and transgender employees from discrimination “on the basis of sex.”
