Letter to DHS on Unlawful Appointment of Ken Cuccinelli to Acting Director of USCIS
On July 30, 2019, Constitutional Accountability Center and Protect Democracy sent a letter to Department of Homeland Security Acting Secretary Kevin McAleenan, explaining why President Trump’s purported appointment of Kenneth T. Cuccinelli to the post of Acting Director of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is unlawful.
