Simon Chin
Simon Chin is a legal fellow at the Constitutional Accountability Center.
Simon previously served as a law clerk for Judge Raymond J. Lohier, Jr. on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and a law clerk for Judge J. Paul Oetken on the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. He also worked as an associate in the Supreme Court and appellate practice of Hogan Lovells.
Simon received his J.D. from Yale Law School, where he was an editor on the Yale Law Journal and the recipient of the Burton H. Brody and Edgar M. Cullen Prizes. He also served as a speechwriter and research assistant for Dean Heather K. Gerken. Simon also holds an M.A. from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies, an M.Phil from the University of Cambridge, and an A.B., summa cum laude, from Harvard College.
